Citrus Meatballs

Ingredients for citrus meatballs:
- 1.1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 3 tbsps white wine
- 7 oz potatoes, peeled, cooked, boiled
- garlic
- 0.7 oz Parmesan
- salt
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs
- 0.25 cup orange juice
- 2.5 tbsps lemon juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 0.5 cup water
- salt
- Half onion
Steps
The preparation of the citrus meatballs is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, boil the potatoes, then drain and mash them. Add the ground meat, breadcrumbs, wine, a little salt, Parmesan, a pinch of garlic powder
mix well. Take a bit of the mixture in your hands and shape into small meatballs. Once ready, fry them with a little oil.
Once ready, remove and set aside.
Sauce preparation:
In the pan where we fried the meatballs, add chopped onion and sauté. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the cornstarch,
Add the orange juice and lemon and mix. Pour it over the onion and mix, it will thicken immediately.
Add salt and put the meatballs back in. Cook for about 2 minutes to mix everything together.
