coconut and strawberry semifreddo
Well, with these days of infernal heat, I eat tons of semifreddo and ice cream, so I’m offering you a new semifreddo made with fresh strawberries and coconut. A delicious combination to enjoy at any time to refresh and sweeten yourself. A very simple and quick recipe made with few ingredients in very little time! I’ve already proposed a version of Strawberry Semifreddo and a version with yogurt and strawberries in the past, so if you like strawberries, try these recipes!

Ingredients for Coconut and Strawberry Semifreddo:
- 7 oz strawberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 7 oz yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated coconut (desiccated)
- vanilla
Steps
The preparation of the coconut and strawberry semifreddo is very simple and quick and requires no cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, we wash and clean the strawberries thoroughly, then blend them. We add the semi-whipped cream, yogurt, sugar, vanilla, and mix. We add the coconut and mix again.
We put the obtained mixture into a silicone mold preferably, otherwise any mold will do (but you will need to line it with plastic wrap to facilitate its extraction once frozen). We cover it and put it in the freezer for a few hours.
