Coconut Filled Chocolates
Since you really liked my white chocolate filled chocolates, I’m offering another version made with milk chocolate and filled with a mix of white chocolate, coconut, and cream, a true delight 🤤 especially if you are a fan of Bounty chocolates and, of course, coconut, you must try them. These chocolates are simple and quick to make, and as I’ve mentioned for the others, you can choose to use various molds with different shapes as you like, or based on what you already have at home.

The preparation of coconut filled chocolates is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, melt the milk chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Take the chosen molds and brush the inside with a generous layer of chocolate. Tap lightly then invert and let harden.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. In a bowl, melt the white chocolate, add the coconut, cream, and mix well. Fill the molds.
Press slightly with a teaspoon. Place in the fridge for a few minutes then cover with the remaining milk chocolate. Remove excess with a spatula and let harden.
