Coconut Nougat
What could be better after a meal during this time of year than a nice piece of nougat?! Maybe panettone, 😅 when in doubt, I always eat both. 🙈 Nougat is the Christmas dessert that, along with panettone or pandoro, is never missing from our dinners and beyond. Last year, I already suggested some versions like the White Chocolate and Hazelnut Nougat, Pistachio and Hazelnut Nougat, Kinder Cereal Nougat, etc. This year, I wanted to try this coconut version, which I must say I really liked. So if you like coconut, or have friends who do, try it and make an original gift for this Christmas.

Ingredients for the Coconut Nougat:
- 3.5 oz milk chocolate
- 5.3 oz white chocolate
- 1.75 oz shredded coconut (rapè)
- 2 tbsp whipping cream
Steps
The preparation of the coconut nougat is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, melt the milk chocolate and brush the mold. Tap gently and let it harden by putting it in the fridge for a few minutes. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate,
add the shredded coconut, the cream, and mix together. Put the obtained mixture into the mold
compact well with a spatula. Let it cool, then cover with the remaining milk chocolate. Tap and put it back in the fridge to harden. Once hardened, remove the mold, and it’s ready immediately.
Enjoy your meal!
