Coconut Semifreddo
A summer dessert, very quick, ready in just a few minutes, and with a few ingredients accessible to everyone. A fresh dessert, great to have ready in the freezer and enjoy at any time, from snack time to after a meal. In summer, semifreddo is one of the most sought-after desserts after ice cream. In the past, I’ve made several versions like Nutella Semifreddo, Fig, Ricotta, and Walnut Semifreddo, Pistachio Semifreddo, Coffee Semifreddo, Strawberry Semifreddo, etc.

Ingredients for the Coconut Semifreddo:
- 1.75 oz shredded coconut
- 1.75 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3.5 tbsp sugar
Steps
The preparation of the coconut semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, combine the semi-whipped cream, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into a mold of your choice (preferably silicone, otherwise line the mold with plastic wrap). Level the surface, tap gently to remove any air bubbles, cover, and place in the freezer for a few hours.
