An incredibly tasty recipe perfect to include in your seafood menus as an appetizer or starter! I wanted to be daring and combine the shrimp with coconut, even though I wasn’t sure how they would turn out, but it ended up being a masterpiece! A delicious dish that I will definitely make again! If you like shrimp and want to try new combinations, try this recipe! I chose to fry them because they’re definitely tastier😂 but for a lighter version, you can also cook them in an air fryer or oven!

  • First, we need to clean the shrimp by removing the heads, shells, and black vein, or buy pre-cleaned shrimp tails. We coat them in grated coconut then fry them for a few minutes in hot oil. Once ready, remove them and place on a paper towel.
