Ingredients for Cod in Tomato Sauce:
- 1.1 lbs desalted cod
- 1 red onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- capers
- olives
- 1 2/3 cups tomato puree
Steps

First, sauté the onion with some oil. I have already desalted the cod by keeping it in water in the fridge for 3 days and changing the water twice a day.) Coat the cod pieces in flour and then place them in the pan with the onion.
