Coffee Semifreddo
A cold, summer dessert, very quick to prepare and of course without baking! I must say I really like coffee desserts, especially in summer! This is one of the best semifreddos I’ve made and eaten!

Ingredients for the coffee semifreddo:
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 5 oz sugar
- 4.2 oz mascarpone
- 1 coffee (Espresso)
- 3 teaspoons instant coffee
- Coffee flavoring (Optional)
- 8 ladyfingers
- chocolate chips
Steps
The preparation of the coffee semifreddo is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the espresso coffee, instant coffee, sugar, a bit of coffee flavoring, and mix. Add the mascarpone and blend.
Add the cream and whisk lightly. Add the chocolate chips and mix again. Pour the obtained mixture into a mold, level it.
Lightly tap it. Place the ladyfingers on top. Cover it and place it in the freezer for a few hours!
