Cold Pasta with Tuna and Lemon

Ingredients for Cold Pasta with Tuna and Lemon:
- 7 oz pasta
- celery
- 1 lemon
- 5 oz tuna
- parsley
- garlic
- oregano
- salt
- extra virgin olive oil

First, cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, put the parsley, garlic, a bit of oil, and the juice of half a lemon.
Blend. In a bowl, put the drained tuna, lemon zest, the blended mix, and combine.
Add the chopped celery, some oregano, and a pinch of salt if needed. Drain the pasta.
Rinse it with cold water, then add it to the prepared sauce. Mix well.
