  • 7 oz pasta
  • celery
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 oz tuna
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • oregano
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

  • First, cook the pasta in salted water. Meanwhile, put the parsley, garlic, a bit of oil, and the juice of half a lemon.

  • Blend. In a bowl, put the drained tuna, lemon zest, the blended mix, and combine.

  • Add the chopped celery, some oregano, and a pinch of salt if needed. Drain the pasta.

  • Rinse it with cold water, then add it to the prepared sauce. Mix well.

  • Enjoy your meal!
