Cucumbers with Soy Sauce
Have you ever tried cooking cucumbers?! Well, I tried it and I must say that with the right seasonings it turned out to be a pretty nice dish! A very simple side dish that we can pair with any main course of meat, fish, vegetarian or vegan! A very quick recipe that is prepared in a few minutes and with very few ingredients! I chose to sauté the cucumbers in a pan and season them with soy sauce and I must say I couldn’t have made a better choice ☺️ I really enjoyed them!

- cucumbers
- extra virgin olive oil
- soy sauce
- garlic
Steps
The preparation of cucumbers with soy sauce is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, add some oil and garlic and sauté. Meanwhile, clean and cut the cucumbers and add them to the sauté.
Cook for about 5 minutes. After about 5 minutes, add the soy sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir occasionally!
