Dove Muffins
I don’t know if it happens to you too, to find yourself in this period with lots of Easter doves or lots of leftovers and you don’t know how to use them up anymore! I’ll give you another nice idea that is very simple to prepare and great to enjoy for breakfast, as a snack, or anytime you crave something sweet! If you want to make them even more delicious, you can add Nutella, cream, or other desired toppings on top.

Ingredients for Dove Muffins:
- 7 oz dove cake
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- Half packet baking powder for desserts
- rum flavor
Steps
The preparation of dove muffins is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the chopped dove cake, cocoa, rum flavor, melted butter, and mix. Add the eggs, sugar, flour and mix.
Finally, add the baking powder and mix well. If you like, you can add some chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into muffin molds lined with paper cups. Put a little hazelnut grains on top of each and bake at 350°F for about 20/30 minutes.
