Dubai Chocolate with Pistachio
The chocolate that everyone is crazy about, so I had to try making it myself and I must say I liked it a lot, so I’ll definitely make some other versions soon 🤣. A filled chocolate with a delicious cream made with pistachio, condensed milk, and kataifi pastry roasted in a pan with a bit of butter. A recipe much simpler than it seems, for me the hardest part was finding the kataifi pastry. Since I already know you’ll ask where to find it, I’ll tell you I got it at an Arab store!

Ingredients for Dubai Chocolate with Pistachio:
- 7 oz kataifi pastry
- 7 oz milk chocolate
- 7 oz dark chocolate
- 3.5 oz pistachio paste
- 3.5 oz condensed milk
- 3.5 oz butter
Steps
The preparation of Dubai Chocolate with Pistachio is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, finely chop the kataifi pastry then melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped pastry, roasting it while stirring to avoid burning.
Once ready, transfer it to a container and let it cool. In a container, mix the pistachio paste and condensed milk.
Add the mixture obtained to the cooled kataifi pastry and blend well. In the meantime, melt the chocolate (I melted half) and put some on the bottom of the molds
cover the entire surface including the edges. Tap lightly to level, then place them in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
After a few minutes, when the chocolate has hardened, add the prepared filling inside and compact it with a spatula. Melt the remaining chocolate (about half) and cover the entire surface. Tap lightly
put in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
enjoy your meal!
