Easter Chocolate Egg
For a few years, I had been thinking of making a chocolate egg, but I always remembered too late 😂. This year, however, I remembered in time and managed to make an egg just as I wanted it! I did not skimp on the chocolate and used 3 types: milk, white, and dark chocolate 😂 and since I didn’t think it was indulgent enough, I covered it with hazelnut crumbs! “What can I say”, it turned out extraordinary, A DELICACY!!!

Ingredients for the Easter Chocolate Egg:
(mold 8.5×6.3 inches)
- 14 oz milk chocolate
- 10 oz white chocolate
- 1.75 oz dark chocolate
- hazelnut crumbs
Steps
The preparation of the Easter Chocolate Egg is very simple, watch the video HERE.
We start the preparation by putting half of the melted milk chocolate (7 oz in the mold). We spread it over the entire surface, then put it in the fridge to harden. Once hardened, we put a layer of white chocolate on top (half 5 oz), spread it well, and let it harden.
We proceed in the same way with the other half of the egg. Once the chocolate has hardened well, we gently remove the mold! We slightly warm the two halves and join them. If you want, before joining them, you can insert the surprise inside (I didn’t put it since the egg was for me).
Let it harden for a few minutes, then brush with dark chocolate and cover with hazelnut crumbs.
Enjoy!
