Easter Dove Plumcake

Ingredients for the Easter Dove Plumcake:
- 7 oz Easter dove cake
- 3 eggs
- 4 tbsps butter
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsps sugar
- Half packet baking powder
- rum flavoring
Steps
The preparation of the Easter Dove Plumcake is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
We put the chopped Easter dove cake, cocoa, rum flavoring, melted butter and mix. Add the eggs, sugar, flour and mix.
Add the baking powder and mix well. Transfer the obtained mixture into the plumcake mold and bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes.
