Easter Tiramisu

The tiramisu is the most appreciated dessert of all time, so for any occasion, it is the perfect dessert! Since we are very close to Easter, I thought of making an Easter version using ricotta, candied fruits, and almonds, and I must say it turned out to be a SUPER TIRAMISU! If you still don’t know what to prepare this year for your Easter or Easter Monday menu, I recommend you try this recipe. A very simple and quick version made without baking and without raw eggs so everyone can eat it, even children and pregnant women 😍!

Ingredients for Easter Tiramisu:

  • 9 oz ricotta
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • cup sugar
  • 2 tsp gelatin
  • cup almond cream
  • almond flavoring
  • 7 oz ladyfingers
  • coffee (Milk)
  • lemon zest
  • orange zest
  • chocolate chips
  • candied fruits (To taste)

Steps

The preparation of Easter Tiramisu is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.

  • In a bowl, place the ricotta, sugar, grated lemon zest, and orange zest and mix. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Add the candied fruits and chocolate chips to taste.

  • Add the almond cream, almond flavoring, and mix. Gradually fold in the whipped cream. Dip the ladyfingers in coffee or milk and arrange them in a row in the dish.

  • Add a layer of cream, a bit of cocoa. Place another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top and cover with the remaining cream.

  • Decorate as desired and refrigerate for a few hours!
