- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup ricotta
- Half packet instant yeast for savory preparations
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup cheese

Combine the ricotta, yogurt, butter, flour, yeast, some cumin, and salt, and knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out one piece at a time on parchment paper. Brush with a little milk and sprinkle grated cheese on half of it
lightly press down, on the other half add sesame seeds and press a bit. Cut into strips of the desired size
