Eggless Cocoa Shortbread Cookies
These beautiful cookies are made in a Christmas theme with cocoa shortbread without eggs. I chose to glaze them with milk chocolate but if you want an even more “wow” effect, do it with white chocolate! They are very lovely and delicious to eat as is or enjoyed with a cup of tea, coffee, chocolate, or something else. You can make these cookies in any shape using any mold, Christmas-themed or not, so have fun! These cookies can also be a Christmas gift idea for your loved ones, and they will surely appreciate them.

Steps
The preparation of eggless cocoa shortbread cookies is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
For this recipe, I used the mixer but alternatively, you can also use electric whisks.
Put the sugar, softened butter, milk, a little vanilla, cocoa, and mix well. Add the flour and knead for a few minutes.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Then take a bit of dough at a time and form various cookies.
First, I formed a log then cut it into pieces and shaped various forms (rings, horseshoes, sticks, etc.) or you can use different molds as you like.
Bake them at 392°F for about 10/12 minutes then let them cool well. Glaze and decorate as desired.
Enjoy your meal!
