8-inch mold

  • 2 cups flour
  • 6 tbsps potato starch
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 container plain yogurt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • vanilla
  • lemon flavor
  • 4 pears
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • chocolate chips

  • In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, and baking powder and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon flavor, and vanilla.

  • Add the melted butter and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Clean and slice the pears and place them on the bottom of the mold.

  • Pour the mixture over and bake at 350°F for about 40 min.
