Ingredients for the Eggless Upside-Down Pear Cake:
8-inch mold
- 2 cups flour
- 6 tbsps potato starch
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- vanilla
- lemon flavor
- 4 pears
- 1 packet baking powder
- chocolate chips
Steps

In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, potato starch, and baking powder and mix. Add the milk, yogurt, lemon flavor, and vanilla.
Add the melted butter and mix. Add the chocolate chips and mix. Clean and slice the pears and place them on the bottom of the mold.
Pour the mixture over and bake at 350°F for about 40 min.
