Fake Sushi
Nowadays sushi is increasingly in fashion and more and more popular. I was craving sushi but didn’t feel like going out and looking in the fridge I found a package of smoked salmon, an avocado, and Philadelphia cream cheese (couldn’t have been better 🤭) so I got to work and experimented with this recipe which I must say I loved very much and can’t wait to make it again, maybe trying different flavors! It’s a very simple recipe that we can prepare in advance and serve with soy sauce or other sauces of your choice! Try it and let me know what you think in the comments!

Steps
The preparation of fake sushi is very simple and requires no cooking, watch the video HERE.
First, we clean the avocado and cut it into thin slices. Mix the cooked and cooled rice with the cream cheese. Place the slices of smoked salmon in a row on the cling film.
Add a layer of rice, spreading it and compacting it well with the back of the spoon. Place the avocado slices on top and roll up, tightening as much as possible. Seal the film well and refrigerate for a few hours.
Then cut it into slices of the desired size.
Enjoy your meal!
