  • In a bowl, crumble the sponge cake and add the pastry cream. Mix well until you get a soft, homogeneous, and easily moldable dough. Take a small amount of dough, flatten it slightly between your hands, and place a whole raspberry in the center.

  • Close and shape into a ball, then roll it in the shredded coconut to completely cover it. Cut the Kinder bar (or chocolate) into small pieces.

  • Take a bit of dough, insert a piece of chocolate in the center, close, and shape into a ball. Roll it in unsweetened cocoa to distinguish it from the raspberry one. Place the treats on a tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving: they will be fresh, firm, and irresistible!

  • Enjoy!

For perfect truffles, use soft sponge cake and well-chilled pastry cream, so the mixture will be more compact and easier to shape. You can customize your truffles by adding a tablespoon of grated coconut, hazelnut crumbs, or a few drops of rum liqueur to the dough for a more aromatic version. Store the truffles in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, sealed in an airtight container. Serve them well-chilled or at room temperature to enhance the taste of the creamy center.
