Chocolate has always been the most loved and sought-after among various sweets, and with these bonbons we combined two types of chocolate, hazelnut cream, and toasted almonds, creating a fantastic mix. Ingredients for filled white chocolate bonbons:
- 5.3 oz milk chocolate
- 1/4 cup hazelnut cream (Nutella)
- 1/2 cup almonds (Toasted)
- 3.5 oz white chocolate
Steps
The preparation of filled white chocolate bonbons is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, melt the white chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie. Take some silicone molds (you can choose various shapes as you like) and use a brush to coat the inside with the melted white chocolate. Gently tap the molds and let them harden. In the meantime, chop the toasted almonds. In a bowl, place the hazelnut cream and milk chocolate.
Melt in a bain-marie or microwave and mix well. Add the previously chopped almonds and mix. Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and fill the molds, leaving a little empty edge. Tap and place in the fridge to harden.
Once hardened, cover them with a thin layer of melted white chocolate. Let them harden again and then remove them from the molds.
Enjoy your meal!
