Flourless Yogurt and Strawberry Cake
A very light cake made without flour and with very little sugar inside. I covered it with a sugar-free strawberry jam to slightly reduce the sugars and calories, but you can use the jam you prefer! A simple and quick cake to prepare with very few ingredients that we all have in our pantries. It is perfect as a snack, dessert at the end of the meal, or for breakfast to start the day in the best way!

Ingredients for the Flourless Yogurt and Strawberry Cake:
- 1 cup yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- vanilla
- 7 oz strawberry jam

Preparing the flourless yogurt and strawberry cake is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, we put the eggs, sugar and mix. Add the vanilla flavoring, yogurt, cornstarch, and mix. Pour the mixture obtained into the mold.
Bake at 356°F for about 40 min. Once cooked and cooled, cover it with the strawberry jam and decorate as desired.
