- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tbsps sugar
- 10 g fresh yeast
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 spring onions
- garlic

- 3.5 oz scamorza cheese
Steps
The preparation of the focaccia with spring onion and scamorza is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Combine the flour, yeast, sugar, egg, a pinch of salt, and start kneading while gradually adding the milk. Finally, add the butter.
The dough is ready when it detaches from the sides and forms a ball around the hook. Place it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rise until it doubles in volume. After about an hour, take the dough.
Divide it in half. Roll out the first piece to shape the focaccia and place it on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Roll out the second piece to form another focaccia. Make incisions on top with a knife.
In a bowl, combine the melted butter, egg, yogurt, and mix. Add a bit of garlic and chopped spring onion.
Mix well. Spread the obtained cream over the focaccias. Cut the scamorza and place it on top.
Let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake at 356°F for about 40 minutes.
