- 1 cup rice (Cooked)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- salt
- vegetable oil (For frying)

In a bowl, put the cooked rice, egg, Parmesan cheese, spices to taste, and mix. Add breadcrumbs, a pinch of salt, and combine everything.
Take a little of the mixture at a time and shape with your hands to form balls, then roll them in breadcrumbs and fry for a few minutes on both sides. Once ready, place them on absorbent paper.
