Gratin Cherry Tomatoes

- tomatoes
- breadcrumbs
- salt
- garlic powder
- olive oil
- basil
- parmesan
Steps
The preparation of gratin cherry tomatoes is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, wash the cherry tomatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Use a teaspoon to scoop out the inside of each half, removing the pulp and seeds. Add a bit of chopped basil, salt, garlic, and oil to the pulp obtained.
Add parmesan, breadcrumbs, and mix. Add some salt on top of the empty tomatoes and fill them one by one with the prepared mixture, then place them on a baking tray.
Drizzle a little oil on top and cook for about 20 minutes at 350°F.
