Greek Salad
I don’t know about you, but in summer I would only eat salad 🙈 and especially this salad ☺️ I confess that it is my favorite because I like feta, cucumbers, capers, tomatoes, in short, I especially like all the ingredients! A very simple recipe that is prepared in a few minutes and can be served as a single dish if you want a light and fresh meal, otherwise it can become a delicious side dish to accompany our meat or fish seconds.

Ingredients for Greek salad:
- onion
- cucumber
- tomato
- feta
- capers
- olives

We slice the cleaned and washed onion into thin slices, cut the peeled cucumber, the washed tomato, and the feta.
We put everything together in a bowl. Add capers, olives, oregano, vinegar, and oil, salt to taste, and mix well.
