Handmade Abruzzese Arrosticini
Abruzzese arrosticini are known throughout Italy and beyond. When we go to Abruzzo, we often eat them, and they are found in almost all restaurants. Since my husband adores them, being Abruzzese, he specifically asked me to make the arrosticini. 🙈 I love challenges, so I immediately got to work, and I must say it was much simpler than I thought. And not to brag, but I received a lot of compliments (of course, they must be strictly cooked on the grill and wrapped in aluminum foil; maybe in the future, if you want, I can make a video to show you how to cook and serve them).

Steps
The preparation of handmade Abruzzese arrosticini is very simple; watch the video HERE.
First, take a piece of sheep meat and cut it first into strips, then into pieces of the desired size.
Cut the pieces based on the size you want for the arrosticini.
Thread the pieces of meat onto wooden skewers, trying to include some fat. Once ready, cook them on the grill, or you can prepare them in advance and store them in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for several months.
Enjoy your meal!
