Steps

  • Prepare the fruit:

Wash and thoroughly clean all the fruit. Remove the thinnest possible peel from 2 oranges and 2 lemons and set it aside.

  • Peel the oranges and lemons, removing as much of the white part as possible, then cut them into pieces, removing the seeds.

  • Meanwhile, peel the apples and carrots and chop them together with the citrus peel.

  • Maceration:

Place the carrots, apples, oranges, and lemons together. Add the sugar, mix well, and let it rest in the fridge for a few hours. This step helps bring out all the fruit’s aromas.

  • Cooking:

After resting, transfer everything to a pot and bring to the heat. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the desired consistency is reached. At the end of cooking, add a bit of vanilla, stir, and turn off the heat. Canning:

Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars,

  • seal tightly and turn upside down to create the vacuum seal. Let cool completely.

  • 🍯 Final Result:

An intense, fresh, and natural ACE jam, with a slightly tangy and very fragrant taste. Perfect on bread, toast, in yogurt, or for filling homemade tarts and desserts.
