- 11 oz white chocolate
- 1 1/4 cup puffed rice
Steps
👩🍳 Preparation video HERE.
First layer
First, melt half of the milk chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave.
Pour it into the Easter-egg mold and spread it well all over the surface.
Add half of the puffed rice, distributing it evenly.
Place in the refrigerator to set.
Second layer
Melt half of the white chocolate.
Pour it on top and spread it across the surface.
Put it back in the refrigerator until completely set.
Repeat for the other half
Proceed the same way with the other half of the mold, creating the two parts of the egg.
Join the halves
When both halves are well chilled, remove them from the mold.
Warm a pan slightly and place one half with the rim facing down for a few seconds, just long enough to slightly melt the rim.
Press the two halves together so they stick well.
Place in the refrigerator to seal perfectly.
Decoration
Decorate as desired with a little melted white chocolate on top.
