Ingredients for Honey and Lemon Candies:
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons honey

We put the sugar, water, and squeezed lemon juice on the heat. Add the honey and let it melt.
We cook until it caramelizes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the molds generously with powdered sugar and pour the obtained mixture. We let them cool in the fridge for a few hours.
We remove them from the molds by rolling them in powdered sugar.
