I must tell you that after the fake sushi made with salmon and avocado, I had the brilliant idea of trying a version with salami that amazed me! - spreadable cheese
Steps
The preparation of Italian-style sushi is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to cook the rice, then drain it and let it cool well, then mix it with the spreadable cheese (like Philadelphia). Lay the slices of salami in a row on the plastic wrap. Add a layer of rice, spread and compact it well, then roll it as tightly as possible.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for a few hours, then cut it into slices of the desired size.
