Kinder Bueno White Log – Delicious and Scenic New Year’s Dessert

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 70 g flour
- 70 ml vegetable oil
- 4 tablespoons water (Hot)
- vanilla
- hazelnut granules
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 ml heavy cream
- 4 tablespoons hazelnut cream (White like Nutkao)

Prepare the base Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form with half of the sugar. In a separate bowl, place the egg yolks, and the remaining sugar
add the hot water, and beat until you get a frothy mixture. Add the oil, flour, and chosen flavors, mixing well.
Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the mixture. Pour the batter into a rectangular pan lined with parchment paper,
level it out, and sprinkle with some hazelnut granules. Bake at 356°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the cream
In a bowl, combine mascarpone, white cream, and cream. Mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous cream.
Once baked, flip the base onto a clean sheet of parchment paper, gently peel off the attached paper, and let it cool slightly. Spread about three parts of the cream over the warm base, level
Add whole Kinder Bueno White bars and gently roll the base onto itself using the parchment paper. Wrap the log in paper and refrigerate for several hours.
After a few hours… Cut the ends and two thick slices diagonally to create the ‘log’ effect.
Cover the log with the remaining cream and decorate as desired with hazelnut granules, chocolate shavings, and Kinder Bueno.
