Kinder Bueno White Semifreddo
Well, since I have made hundreds of semifreddos of all kinds, from fruit ones to all types of creams, I couldn’t help but make a delicious version, I must say my absolute favorite with Kinder Bueno White inside and in the cream, I used white hazelnut cream, a delicacy I can’t describe. I can only tell you that while I was tasting it, I ate half of it 🙈! So if you’re looking for an extraordinary and very refreshing dessert, try this one! It’s perfect as a dessert at the end of a meal or as an afternoon snack!

Ingredients for the Kinder Bueno White Semifreddo:
- 1 2/3 cups whipping cream
- 7 oz mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons hazelnut cream (White)
- 3 packages Kinder Bueno White
Steps
The preparation of the Kinder Bueno White Semifreddo is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the mascarpone, hazelnut cream, and whipping cream, and whip with beaters until you get a thick and homogeneous cream. Pour about half of the cream into the loaf tin (mine is silicone, so no plastic wrap is needed; if yours isn’t, line it with plastic wrap first to facilitate removal after freezing). Add a layer of Kinder Bueno White
cover with the remaining cream. Level it well, cover, and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until needed, then remove it from the mold and decorate as desired!
