Kinder Delice Cake
A DELICIOUS cake that in my personal opinion turned out much better than the original Kinder Delice. A cocoa base filled with a delicate cream made from whipped cream, mascarpone, and condensed milk, and then everything is covered with a chocolate glaze. A cake that I recommend making for special occasions and also for every day!

Steps
For the preparation of the Kinder Delice Cake watch the video HERE.
Base preparation:
Start by beating the eggs, add the sugar and continue. Add a pinch of salt, the oil,
Add the honey, yogurt, baking powder, potato starch, flour and mix. Pour the obtained mixture into a baking pan.
Bake it at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool well, then remove the pan and cut it in half. Place the first piece and for a more precise result use an adjustable mold.
Cream preparation:
Place the condensed milk, mascarpone, cream and whip until you get a thick and homogeneous cream. Spread it over the cake and level it.
Add the other half on top, press slightly, and refrigerate for a few hours. After a few hours, remove the mold and place it on a rack.
Glaze preparation:
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and mix to melt well, then glaze the cake. Refrigerate for at least 30 min.
Decorate as you like.
Enjoy your meal!
