kinder milk slice without eggs
One of the best desserts I’ve ever made!!! Once you start eating it, it’s hard to stop 😁🙈 A dessert very similar to the original (actually better) made with an egg-free cocoa base and a soft cream filling with mascarpone, whipped cream, and condensed milk!

Ingredients for the Kinder milk slice without eggs:
(35×35 cm pan)
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 container plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/4 cups whipping cream
- 2/3 cup mascarpone
- 2/3 cup condensed milk

Steps
For the preparation of the Kinder milk slice without eggs watch the video HERE.
Base preparation:
In a bowl, put the flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder and mix.
Add the yogurt, milk, oil and combine.
Cream preparation:
In a bowl, put the condensed milk, mascarpone, cream, and whip.
Assembly:
Take the cooked and cooled base and cut two equal rectangular shapes. Remove the excess. Place the first piece.
(for a more precise result, you can use a mold). Add the prepared cream and level well. Place the other piece of base on top.
Press lightly. Place in the fridge for a few hours. With the leftovers, you can create mini slices following the same procedure.
