Lactose-Free Sandwich Rolls
A tasty recipe to serve as an appetizer or aperitif suitable for those who are lactose intolerant. Since the Sandwich Rolls I made some time ago were a great success, I decided to make a new lactose-free version. A fresh, no-cook recipe, suitable for any time of the year and every occasion, from a simple lunch to a festive day. The cute thing about these rolls is that we can prepare them in advance and create an infinite number of flavors based on our needs.

Preparation of tuna and egg rolls:
In a bowl, we put the eggs, mayonnaise, tuna, a pinch of salt and mix with a fork mashing the eggs. Spread a slice of white bread.
put some of the obtained cream on top. Spread it. Roll it up and wrap in plastic wrap.
Preparation of tuna and tomato rolls:
Spread the white bread and spread a layer of mayonnaise. Add thinly sliced tomato slices, a little salt
Put the drained tuna on top. Roll it up and wrap in plastic wrap.
For spicy salami and lettuce rolls:
Spread the white bread
Cover it with a layer of mayonnaise. Put some lettuce on top and the salami slices then roll it up
wrap in plastic wrap.
For rolls with salami and olive pâté:
Spread the white bread, spread a layer of olive pâté on top. Add the salami
then roll it up and wrap in plastic wrap.
Preparation of salami and pistachio rolls:
Spread the white bread and spread a layer of pistachio pesto on top.
Add the olives and salami on top. Roll it up and wrap in plastic wrap.
Put all the rolls obtained in the fridge for a few hours
After a few hours, remove the plastic wrap and cut into slices. I recommend keeping them covered with plastic wrap until use to avoid drying out the white bread.
Enjoy your meal!
