If you’re in a crisis and need a last-minute appetizer, these little trees are perfect. They can be filled with mousse, spreads, pesto, etc., according to your tastes! I decorated them with wild fennel, red currants, and pink pepper, just like real Christmas trees. A very simple and quick recipe that we can prepare during these festive days and serve as an appetizer or aperitif!
