Lemon Chicken in Air Fryer 🍋

A very simple and delicious recipe prepared in just a few minutes. I marinated the chicken slices in freshly squeezed lemon juice with spices and then breaded the slices in breadcrumbs mixed with corn flour without using an egg. Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbs chicken breast
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • rosemary
  • salt
  • garlic
  • paprika
  • 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsps corn flour

Steps

The preparation of lemon chicken in the air fryer is very simple, watch the video HERE.

  • First, squeeze the lemons to get about 1/2 cup of juice. Put the juice in a baking dish, add some oil, salt, and paprika.

  • Mix. Add the chicken breast slices, some garlic and rosemary, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

  • In a bowl, place the corn flour, a bit of salt, and breadcrumbs, and mix. After about 30 minutes, take the slices

  • and pass them through the breadcrumb mix. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
