Lemon Chicken in Air Fryer 🍋
A very simple and delicious recipe prepared in just a few minutes. I marinated the chicken slices in freshly squeezed lemon juice with spices and then breaded the slices in breadcrumbs mixed with corn flour without using an egg. Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs chicken breast
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- rosemary
- salt
- garlic
- paprika
- 2 tbsps breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsps corn flour
Steps
The preparation of lemon chicken in the air fryer is very simple, watch the video HERE.
First, squeeze the lemons to get about 1/2 cup of juice. Put the juice in a baking dish, add some oil, salt, and paprika.
Mix. Add the chicken breast slices, some garlic and rosemary, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
In a bowl, place the corn flour, a bit of salt, and breadcrumbs, and mix. After about 30 minutes, take the slices
and pass them through the breadcrumb mix. Place them in the air fryer basket and cook at 392°F for about 20 minutes.
