Lemon Iced Tea 🍋
The most sought-after drink in summer is definitely iced tea. It can change brand or flavor depending on everyone’s preferences, but it is undoubtedly the best-selling drink. I often bought it too, I admit, but one day while reading the label and seeing all the ingredients among flavors, artificial colorings and preservatives, I decided to try making it at home. To test it, I had my husband drink it without telling him I made it, and he thought it was Estathé, so I am very satisfied ☺️. The nice thing is that we can adjust the amount of sugar or decide to replace it with natural sugars like stevia, so everyone can make it as they like. Today I chose to show you the lemon version, but if you like, I can also show you versions with peach, berries, etc.

Ingredients for Lemon Iced Tea:
- 2 quarts water
- 4 oz sugar
- 3 bags Classic Tea
- 3 bags Green Tea

Steps
The preparation of lemon iced tea is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we put the water, sugar, the peel sliced very thinly (without the white part) of two unwaxed lemons, and bring to a boil. Add the tea bags and wait a few minutes
then remove them. Add the squeezed lemon juice (adjust the quantity based on the size of your lemons and your taste, I used the juice of 1 and a half lemons), then mix. Transfer the tea into previously sterilized glass bottles.
Allow to cool in the fridge for a few hours then serve with ice and decorate as desired with mint, lemon, etc.
Enjoy!
