Ingredients for the lemon semifreddo ready in just 5 min:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 3.5 oz lemon juice
- lemon flavoring
- 5 cookies (Soft fruit-flavored)
- 4.2 oz mascarpone
Steps
The preparation of the lemon semifreddo ready in just 5 min is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, put the mascarpone, sugar, squeeze the lemons to get the required amount of juice and add it. Add some lemon flavoring.
Mix with electric beaters. Add the whipping cream and whip lightly. Put the obtained mixture in a mold of your choice (I recommend using a silicone mold, otherwise you need to cover it with cling film to be able to extract it later). Tap slightly.
Put the cookies in pieces by pressing them a bit inside. Level and cover with foil. Put it in the freezer for a few hours.
