Linzer Cookies in Air Fryer
The holidays are not over yet, so let’s make some Linzer cookies without turning on the oven and using the air fryer! A very simple recipe to prepare and great to enjoy as a dessert at the end of a meal, for a snack, or for breakfast. To fill them, I chose orange jam and almond spread, but you can choose your favorite jam or spread!

Ingredients for Linzer Cookies in Air Fryer:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- salt
- jam
Steps
The preparation of the Linzer Cookies in Air Fryer is very simple, watch the video HERE.
In a bowl, place the flour, butter, sugar, a pinch of salt, the egg, and knead until you get a smooth dough.
Wrap it in cling film and place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. After about 30 minutes, take the dough and roll it out on a sheet of parchment paper. If it sticks, place another sheet of parchment paper on top.
Cut out circles using a cookie cutter. Remove the excess dough. On half of the obtained circles, make a hole in the center with a smaller cutter. Place them in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 356°F for about 8/10 minutes. Once cooled, fill them with jams and creams of your choice and match them. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top.
Enjoy your meal!
