Meat Skewers
Well, you know that you have to light the grill these days, whether you’re on a picnic or not, so I suggest you diversify this year and instead of the usual steaks, make these skewers that will surely be very appreciated! The nice thing is that you can customize them according to your taste! I chose to make them with sheep meat and spicy sausages, but if you don’t like sheep, you can easily use the type of meat you prefer.

Steps
The preparation of meat skewers is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, choose the meat you prefer (I chose lamb due to the season), but you can also use pork, chicken, or veal! Cut the meat into pieces of the desired size.
Also cut the sausages to about the same size.
Thread the pieces of meat onto skewers, alternating with pieces of sausage. Obviously, the cooking must be done strictly on the grill ☺️!
