Ingredients for meatballs with potatoes in sauce (without eggs):
- 1 lbs mixed ground meat
- 1.4 oz white wine
- 1 cup potatoes (Boiled)
- garlic
- 0.7 oz Parmesan cheese
- salt
- 1 tsp breadcrumbs

Steps
Preparing meatballs with potatoes in sauce is very simple, watch the video HERE.
Meatball preparation:
First, boil the potatoes, let them drain and mash them. Add the ground meat, breadcrumbs, wine, a bit of salt, Parmesan, a little garlic.
Take some mixture in your hands and form the meatballs. Once ready, put them in a pan with a little oil and fry them.
Set them aside.
Sauce preparation:
In a saucepan, put a little oil, garlic, onion and fry. Add the tomato sauce and a bit of water,
Add some basil and salt and cook for about 20 min. Then add the meatballs and cook for about another 20 min. Turn them halfway through cooking.
