Meatloaf in Air Fryer
A great classic of Italian cuisine, especially for holidays, is the meatloaf and for a simpler and quicker version today I decided to prepare it in my air fryer. The meatloaf is the king of main courses in my opinion and the beauty is that it can be customized and made in many versions, like the Dome meatloaf with broccoli without eggs, Stuffed meatloaf with scamorza and ham without eggs, Plumcake meatloaf, Stuffed meatloaf, etc. I’ve left you some examples, but you can get creative as you please! If you haven’t thought about your Christmas menu yet, consider this meatloaf which you can prepare a few days in advance and freeze, then cook it directly without even defrosting it 😉.
