Meatloaf in Air Fryer
A great classic of Italian cuisine, especially for the holidays, is the meatloaf, and for a simpler and faster version today I decided to prepare it in my air fryer. The meatloaf is the king of main courses in my opinion, and the beauty is that it can be customized and made in many versions, like the Dome Meatloaf with Broccoli without Eggs, Stuffed Meatloaf with Scamorza and Ham without Eggs, Plumcake Meatloaf, Stuffed Meatloaf, etc. I have left you some examples, but you can go wild as you like! If you haven’t thought about your Christmas menu yet, consider this meatloaf that you can prepare a few days in advance, freeze it, and then cook it directly without even defrosting it 😉.
