Mediterranean Chicken
A delicious recipe to serve as a main course accompanied by any type of vegetable side dish! Among all types of meat, chicken is my favorite for its taste and because it is lighter than red meat and it easily pairs with other ingredients in recipes! As I mentioned before, this recipe is great as a main dish, but if we want a lighter meal, we can serve it as a single dish, perhaps accompanied by vegetables of your choice!

Ingredients for Mediterranean Chicken:
- chicken (As desired (I chose wings))
- cherry tomatoes
- capers
- olives
- rosemary
- garlic
- salt
- black olives
- green olives
- white wine
Steps
The preparation of Mediterranean Chicken is very easy and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, put some oil, garlic, the chicken, rosemary.
Sauté for a few minutes. Deglaze with white wine. Add olives, capers, cherry tomatoes.
Add salt. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally and if needed, add a little water.
