Mixed Mini Pizzas
A recipe for the whole family, a mix of assorted mini pizzas that will please everyone at home! The pizzas are very easy to prepare and we can top them according to our taste!

Ingredients for the Mixed Mini Pizzas:
- 2 cups Manitoba flour
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup water
- 2/3 cup milk
- salt
- 0.5 oz fresh brewer's yeast
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- tomato sauce
- mozzarella
- basil
- anchovies in oil
- olives
- rosemary
- cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp sugar
Steps

Put the flours, some salt, dissolve the yeast with some sugar and a bit of water, and add it. Add the remaining water, the milk.
Knead using the mixer or by hand. Finally, add a little more oil. Let rise for about 2 hours in a warm place.
After about two hours, take the dough and divide it into small pieces (depending on the size we want to achieve for our mini pizzas). Roll out one piece at a time and top with the various toppings as desired.
Place them on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for about 20 minutes.
