mucenici muntenești
A typical Romanian dessert in the shape of “8” in honor of March 8th, International Women’s Day. Simple to prepare and great to enjoy. Many of you now have Romanian friends or relatives, and I often hear that you appreciate our food very much, which pleases me greatly, of course, and that’s why I decided to include among the various Italian recipes also something typically Romanian. You can easily find mucenici in any Romanian or ethnic store at this time of year. Try them and let me know what you think☺️, and if you have tasted something Romanian that you liked, let me know in the comments, and I will prepare the recipe step by step for you!
