Mushroom Puff Pastries
A very simple vegan recipe to prepare, perfect if we want something tasty that can please everyone (vegans and those with intolerances since this recipe contains no eggs, milk, butter, or any other animal-derived ingredient). I made puff pastry triangles filled with seasoned champignon mushrooms then baked in the oven. These puff pastries are perfect as an appetizer, aperitif, snack, or any time of the day!

Ingredients for the Mushroom Puff Pastries:
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 12 oz mushrooms
- 1 onion
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic
- 3.4 fl oz white wine
- spices (To taste (thyme, dill, pepper, etc))
Steps
Preparing the mushroom puff pastries is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
In a pan, add some oil, the chopped onion, garlic, and sauté.
Add fresh or frozen mushrooms. Add white wine, vegetable broth cube, and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add spices to taste, and if necessary, a bit of salt. Place the mixture in a blender and slightly blend.
Unroll the puff pastry and use a square cutter to cut out square shapes. Remove the excess pastry. Add some filling to each square.
Brush two sides of the square with a bit of water and fold into a triangle. Close and seal well to avoid filling leakage during baking. In the oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes.
Enjoy your meal!
