Mussel and Shrimp Soup
A delicious soup to include in our seafood menu made with shrimp and mussels, a classic sauté of garlic and oil, tomato sauce, white wine, and spices to taste. Personally, I like this dish a lot, especially as an appetizer. Instead of the classic Sautéed Mussels, I prefer this soup accompanied by croutons or bruschetta!

Ingredients for Mussel and Shrimp Soup:

Steps
The preparation of the mussel and shrimp soup is very simple and quick, watch the video HERE.
First, we need to clean the mussels, rinse them thoroughly, changing the water several times, and also clean and wash the shrimp. In a pot, we put some oil, garlic, and sauté.
Add the cleaned shrimp and mussels and cook for a few minutes. Add white wine, tomato sauce, salt, and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. At the end of cooking, turn off the heat and add fresh chopped parsley.
