Steps

For the preparation of the No-bake Kinder Cake watch the video HERE.

  • Crunchy base:
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave.
Add the puffed rice and mix until well coated.
Pour into a springform pan (8″-9″) lined with parchment paper. Compact well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

    Mascarpone and white Nutella cream:
Soak the gelatin in cold water.

  • Work the mascarpone with the condensed milk and white Nutella until smooth.
    Separately, whip the cream.
Dissolve the gelatin in a tablespoon of hot cream, then add to the cream mixture.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.

  • Add the broken Kinder Bueno pieces and carefully mix.

Pour the cream onto the chilled base.
Smooth out and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

  • Delicious topping:
Heat the cream and add the chocolate pieces. Stir until melted.
Let cool slightly, then pour over the set cream.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

    Final decoration:
Before serving, decorate with chocolate bars, whole or broken Kinder Bueno, and hazelnut crumbs.

  • Enjoy!

Useful Tips💡

For an extra touch, you can add a spoonful of hazelnut cream between the base and the cream, like a “soft heart”.

Want a lighter version? Use strained ricotta instead of mascarpone.

The cake can be frozen: just remove it from the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving.

If you want to prepare it in advance, you can make it the evening before and let it rest overnight: it will be perfect the next day!
